Hwy. 80 north to San Marcos (approx 25 mi.)
Right on I-35 feeder 0.9 mi to first signal (Hwy. 82)
West (left) on Hwy. 82 0.8 mi. to Post Road.
Right on Post Road and 0.3 mi. to Lime Kiln Road.
Left on Lime Kiln and 2 mi. to Hilliard (222).
Left on Hilliard and 5.3 mi. to the second Alpine Trail.
Right on Alpine and 0.3 mi. to Thurmond (Ranch Road 385)
Left on Thurmond (Ranch Road 385) and 0.6 mi. to Fox.
Right on Fox (387) and 1.1 mi. to WAY RANCH.
Left (Lock Combo is 2746).
House is 1.1 miles down the blacktop lane,
Turn right before the hill to the river.
From Wimberley to Ranch:
From main town square County Rd. 3273 (the only road out other than RR 12 and goes past the Lumber Yard store), left 0.3 mile to Flite Acres Rd.
Right 2.4 mi. to Little Arkansas Rd.
Right, cross river and 1.2 mi.
Left at PVT Road, Gate Combo #25489. You must input the "#" as well as the numbers. Continue 0.4 miles to stop sign.
Go through stop sign on same road 2.6 mi. to a T (if anyone asks why you are on this private road say that Peter Way's guests have the right to travel on it.)
Right 1 mi. to another gate before a T (Gate Combo is 35219#) You must input the numbers and the "#" sign.
Right at the T which is Hilliard 0.8 mi. to Alpine Trail.
Left 0.3 mi. to Thurmond (385).
Left 0.6 mi. to Fox.
Right 1.1 mi. to WAY RANCH.
Left (Lock Combo is 2746).
House is 1.1 miles down the blacktop lane.
Turn right before the hill to the river.
The red dot with the blue R over it on the right side of the map
is the location of Way Ranch.
