The main house is located atop a 120 foot bluff overlooking the Blanco River. Recently installed, a platform elevator will conveniently carry you to the bottom of the cliff, where it is a short walk to the Sporting Clays Range, and about a ¼ mile walk to the dock and boat house.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances. The kitchen is stocked with basics like flour, salt, pepper, etc., but plan on bringing anything else you will need. There are several grocery stores in San Marcos, though it is a 20 minute drive.
There is a gas grill located on the deck which you are welcome to use, as well as indoor and outdoor gas lit fireplaces.
The house contains two separate bedrooms, each with a queen bed, bunk beds, and a separate bath.
There is also a pull out sofa and an air mattress available.
The beds are made from Cedar trees milled from trees on the ranch.
